Homes – Maplewood II Frederick has a mix of two story and ranch homes. There are 2 parts to the neighborhood but they mix smoothly and seem interwined. There are your regular style neighborhood homes and then there is the cottage area. The cottages are alley back loading homes. This means they have garages at the back that lead into alleys. The things l love about this cottage area is the fenced in front yards really lead into a amicable neighborhood feel. Like you could sit on your front porch and talk to your neighbor!

Parks – Maplewood II Frederick has a lovely big park on the neighborhood surrounds. No crossing major or busy roads to get there but it has brand new equipment and plenty for kids (and adults) of all ages. There is also a large green space to kick a ball around in or run your dog around in (just pick up your dog poop please).

Location – This neighborhood has a fabulous location in Frederick. Here is where you can get to within a 5 – 10 minute walk.
