Frederick Co Neighborhoods – Savannah Neighborhood.

When it comes to Frederick CO Neighborhoods, Savannah is one of the quieter neighborhoods. It is tucked away to the East of downtown Frederick and surrounded by farm fields. If you are in the inner part of the neighborhood or to the North you may find it quieter then if you are closer to Highway 52.

The neighborhood offers a mix of homes from 1200 sq ft two story, one garage starter homes to large 3000+ sq ft homes with multiple garages facing out to the park or fields. Most of these homes were built 15+ years ago so many of them that you see come on the market do need some updates.

Neighborhood Amenities

When it comes to Frederick CO Neighborhoods, Savannah offers a large playgrounds and park space, walking trails and beautiful mountain views.

The location is amazing with it being a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Frederick CO, a 10 minute walk to Thunder Valley K-8 and Spark Pre-school and a short commute to Frederick High School. Being close to 52 you also have easy access to I-25 or out to Brighton.

Savannah Pricing

As of April 2022, Home Prices in the neighborhood range from the low $400,000s for the smaller homes up to the $600,000 range for some of the largest homes in the neighborhood.

What You Might Not Love

One complaint I do hear about this neighborhood is the towers in the field behind the neighborhood has flashing lights which can be annoying at night time.

Overall, this neighborhood is Ollie approved (Ollie is the brit in the photo above and helps me know these neighborhoods like the back of my hand).
