Fox Run Neighborhood Frederick

This well-established neighborhood has an abundance of trails. Whether you prefer a wide dirt trail or concrete paths you will find just what you need. The trails lead to wonderful outlooks too, like Milavec Reservoir Frederick where you can fish or take out your non-motorized watercraft. Heads up, the algae can be a pain in the summer in the reservoir though, so I wouldn’t plan on getting in the water! The Frederick CO Bella Rosa golf course and club house is also a very short walk away. Whether you play golf or not, this is a great place to grab a bite to eat or a drink on a Friday afternoon.

The street names in the Fox Run Neighborhood in Frederick are adorable. With Streets like Fox run parkway, bear creek, lynx street, you get the picture. Ollie was certainly watching his back with all these predator names.

In terms of location, this neighborhood has it covered. Located close to Safeway and surrounding businesses and a quick drive to I-25 this is a great neighborhood if you love conveniences but aren’t looking for downtown Frederick style living.

There is a large playground/park that is great for the kiddos. Basketball courts and plenty of green space make it a great spot to hang out, capture the mountain views and take in some fresh air and sunshine.

How Much Do Homes Cost in Fox Run Neighborhood Frederick

Pricing in the Fox Run Neighborhood Frederick is between $460,000 – $550,000 making it a starter style neighborhood! The reason prices vary so much is that these homes are a tad older so if no updates have been done and they are the smaller models then the $460,000 pricing is relevant. If they are the bigger models and completely updated, then you can be looking upwards of $550,000.
